![]() ![]() Once you sign in you can access all your OneDrive files right from Explorer, as well as decide which files you want. I am trying to find the best way to get these files back in sync, without risk of overwriting their current data store with out of date data. OneDrive, as any Windows 10 user knows, is built right into the operating system. When you do choose to sync the "Documents" level, it then stops syncing the "General" folder on it's own, because "General" is a part of "Documents".īecause the customer didn't realize that "General" stopped syncing and continued to work from it, all those files they worked on are now out of sync with the Teams site and have been for quite some time. What's happened is the customer has synced the General channel, but then at a later date gone up one level in the folder structure and synced the "Documents" level. When you pay 70 a year (or 7 per month) you get access to Microsoft 365 Personal, which consists of 1TB of cloud storage, 60 minutes of free landline/mobile Skype calls, and access to Microsoft. When you sync a Team, assuming you're in the "General" channel, it'll sync and call the folder "Team Name - General". ![]() A customer is using Microsoft Teams to access their files, however they also sync each team to their computer as well. ![]()
